YORK – Services for Lula Miller Nunn, 82, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 2, 1998, at First Baptist Church, with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery. Rev. Horace Story will officiate. The family will receive friends 7-9 tonight at the Ladies Parlor at the church. York Funeral Home is in charge. Memorial may be made to Unit 3 of Martha Franks Baptist Retirement Center, 1 Martha Franks Drive, Laurens, 29360.

Mrs. Nunn, widow of Charles Fredrick Nunn, died Monday, Nov. 30, 1998, at Martha Franks Baptist Center in Laurens. Born in York, she was a daughter of the late John W. Miller and Lula Borders Miller. She was a retired school teacher from Clover School District 2 and was a charter member of Tea and Topic Boook Club of York. Mrs. Nunn was a member of the Moving on Club at Beth Shiloh Presbyterian Church and the Senior Adult Club at First Baptist Church in York. She was a graduate of Winthrop College and was a member of First Baptist Church in York.

Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law, Nita Nunn and Marshall Danenburg of Elgin; sister, Martha Miller Edwards of Chester.
