Fourth- and fifth graders at Blaney Elementary had the opportunity to go for the gold in the school’s Olympic Reading. Events including figure reading (biographies), short track (magazine articles), nordic combined (read a book and pass an AR test), curling (read curled up in a soft place), and cross country (read in a car or bus). Students were recognized in the Rose Gazebo on the school grounds.
