ELGIN — A memorial service for Mrs. Maryellen Talamini will be held Friday, October 10, 2008, at 6 p.m. at Blaney Baptist Church, Elgin. South Carolina Cremation & Burial Society is assisting the family. Memorial contributions may be directed to American Cancer Society, 128 Stonemark Lane, Columbia, SC 29210.
Mrs. Talamini, 61, of Elgin, died Wednesday, October 8, 2008, in Palmetto Health, Columbia.
Born in Somerset County, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Harold Waldron and Lillian Kreager Waldron. She worked as an assembler at the Burroughs Company. Maryellen was a member of Blaney Baptist Church and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of VFW Post #11079 in Elgin.
She is survived by her husband, Anthony Talamini, Jr., sons, Anthony J. Talamini, III, Wind Gap, PA, Joseph L. Talamini, Norfolk, WV, Kevin W. (Jayna) Talamini, Ringoes, NJ; daughters, Denise Marie M. (Bruce) Williver, Riegelsville, PA, Tonua L. (Keith) Karns, Pen Argyl, PA, Kim W. Talamini, Cherryville, PA; eleven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
