Obituary of Jennifer Jones Rabon

CASSATT – Funeral service for Jennifer Jones Rabon, 66, will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff, with burial to follow in Sandy Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery, Cassatt. The Rev. Joe Stines will officiate. The family will receive friends Sunday 5-7 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

Mrs. Rabon died Thursday, November 29, 2012. Born in Bethune, she was a daughter of the late Charles William Jones Sr. and Goldie Bryson Jones. She enjoyed cooking and gardening.

Surviving are her husband of 47 years, William Wayne Rabon Sr.; daughter, Angela Frances Cauthen (Sidney) of Cassatt; son, William Wayne Rabon Jr. (Miranda) of Camden; brothers, Charles William Jones Jr. (Faye) of Cassatt, Robert Jones Sr. of Cassatt, David Jones of Cassatt and Monty Jones (Barbara) of Cassatt; sister, Linda Copeland (Tommy) of Columbia; grandchildren, William Wayne Rabon III and Sidney Brian Cauthen Jr.; and great-grandchildren, Hunter Rabon and Sidney Brian Cauthen III. She was predeceased by a brother, Marvin Jones.
