Choose adoption over abortion
In the past 200 years, more than one million Americans have died for their country. Monuments have been built and speeches have been made honoring these American heroes, and rightly so.
America is now engaged in a war where there are no heroes, no monuments or accolades, only innocent victims. Since Jan. 22, 1973, there have been more than 49 million deaths in the name of abortion. Neither party has done much to stop the killing of innocent babies. We don’t see much about this from the media or hear about the effect this has on women who have had an abortion.
These are children who will never have a photo taken with the president or anyone else. I love pets, but there is sometimes more concern and love for them than human life. No wonder our country is going down the road to destruction; we seem to have lost our value for the human being. Why not give them a chance and choose life through adoption?
