Obituary of Becky C. Corbett

Camden – A funeral service for Becky C. Corbett, 69, will be held on Monday at 1:00 p.m., with a visitation 1 hr prior at St. Andrew Church of God. Burial will follow the service in the church cemetery. Memorials may be made to St. Andrew Church of God.

    Mrs. Corbett passed away on Friday, November 23, 2018.  Born in Camden, S.C., she was the daughter of the late J.W. Chewning and Martha Barfield Chewning.  She was a devout Christian and the organist at St. Andrew Church of God for 50 years. Mrs. Corbett was loved by all.

    Surviving is her husband, Steve Corbett; children, Kelli Corbett and Stephen Corbett, Jr. (Kelsey); granddaughter, Parker Corbett; siblings, Ann Smith, Jean Keziah (Hayne) and Judy Logan (J.R.); several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, Joe Chewning; and brother-in-law, Irby Smith.
