On September 3, 1952, in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, James Alvin Bente (22) and Patricia L Ralston (21) were married. He was the son of Alvin Bente and Edna Schierbaum Bente, she was the daughter of Marvin C. Ralston and Maude L. Siegel.

CAMDEN – A memorial service for Patricia Louise Bente, 89, will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Southwinds Assisted Living.

Mrs. Bente, wife of the late Col (Ret.) James Alvin Bente, passed away Friday, December 4, 2020. Born in Chagrin Falls, OH, she was a daughter of the late Clark Ralston and Maude Louise Ralston.

Surviving are her children, Katherine Louise Ortman (John) of Westerville, OH, Robert Alvin Bente; 4 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and cousin, Brian Aring and his wife Louise.

She was predeceased by a son, Thomas Allen Bente.
