ELGIN – Funeral service for Donna Glinda Tuttle, 71, will be held on Thursday at 2:00 p.m. at Highway Pentecostal Holiness Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

Mrs. Tuttle passed away on Thursday, January 7, 2021. Born in Mt. Olive, N.C., she was the daughter of the late Donald L. Moore and Rosia Aileen Barwick Moore. Donna was retired from civil service after 20 years. She loved to sing and was a loving mother, and dedicated wife to the late Ernest Tuttle, Sr.

Surviving is her daughter, Donna Renee Tuttle (Chester Fox); grandson, Mikell Robert Fox (Holly); and great-grandson, Ian James Fox.
