BISHOPVILLE – A memorial service for James Allen Harris, 71, will be held Friday at 2:00 at Powers Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.

    Mr. Harris passed away Saturday, February 6, 2021. Born in Bishopville, he was a son of the late Henry A. Harris and Nannie Elizabeth Harris. Mr. Harris enjoyed shopping and spending time with his granddaughter, Kaydyn

   Surviving are his wife, Vertie Bowen Harris; daughter, Heather Keller; special granddaughter, Kaydyn Bradwell; siblings, Libby Rowland (Dennis), Annette Ardis (Roy), Jeffrey Harris; special niece, Tammie Williamson, and special family, Katie, Rob, Carson & Grayson Pressley; and other nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by siblings, Martha Goff and Louise Miller.
