A funeral service to celebrate the life of Williene West Ogburn, 98, of Camden will be held at Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel, on Saturday, September 11, at 1:00 PM. Pastor Steve Lee will officiate. The family will receive friends at 12:00 PM, one hour prior to the service. Memorials made be made to SC Autism Society, 652 Bush River Road, Columbia, SC 29210.

Williene died on Wednesday, September 8, 2021. Born in Cassatt, she was the daughter of the late Margaret Elliott and William Claude West, Sr.  She was a member of First Baptist Church and was secretary to the Clerk of Court for twenty-five years.

She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Susan DuRant Jones (Steve); 5 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Williene was predeceased by her husband of 52 ½ years, W. Edward Ogburn, Sr. and her sons, Henry Hill DuRant, Jr., William Nelson DuRant, and W. Edward Ogburn, Jr.
