1953 – 2021

CAMDEN – A service to celebrate the life of Deborah Sue Graham Napper, 68, will be held on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at Powers Funeral home, Lugoff, with burial to follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  Memorials may be made to the ALPHA Behavioral Health Center.

     Mrs. Napper passed away at home surrounded by her family on Sunday, September 19, 2021. Born in Williamston, S.C., she was the daughter of the late Lawrence Beaufort Graham and Betty Sue Rhodes Graham.  She was a coordinator for the ALPHA Behavioral Center in Camden. She enjoyed fishing but her most loved moments were being with her family especially her grandchildren.

    Surviving are her husband, Paul William Napper; children, Melinda Napper Miller of Camden, Paul William Napper of Camden, Brian William Napper of Elgin and Christopher Scott Napper of Cassatt; brothers, David Lawrence Graham (Sue) of Lugoff and Stephen Beaufort Graham (Diane) of Bethune; 6 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild.
