A funeral service to celebrate the life of Audrey Magalene Scott Williams, 86, of Camden, will be held at Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel, on Sunday, October 17, 2021, at 2:00 PM.  Burial will follow at Quaker Cemetery.  Rev. Taylor Wells will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at 1:00 PM. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, Relay for Life, 647 Lachicotte Road, Lugoff, SC 29078.

Audrey died Tuesday, October 12, 2021. Born in Meadows of Dan, VA, she was the daughter of the late Tony Scott and Dora Gode Scott, and widow of Stanley “Yank” Williams.

She is survived by her special nephew and niece, Friel Akers Scott, Jr. of Newberry and Victoria Anne Smart of Camden; grandchildren, Audrey Smart and Weston Smart of Camden; nephews Friel “Scottie” A. Scott, III of Charleston and Christopher A. Scott of Columbia; twin brother, Eugene Scott of Atlanta, and niece, Darlene Hylton of Meadows of Dan, VA.

Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
