Stanislaus Donnie Mitchell, 55, of Lugoff, SC, died Saturday, December 11, 2021. Born in Schonungen, Germany, he was the son of Gertrude Maria Ernst Mitchell and the late Carless Eugene Mitchell.  He was passionate about his craft in construction and was proud to be a master carpenter.  In his free time, he loved to fish and to spend time with his family.

Besides his mother, Donnie is survived by his wife, Sherry Mitchell; children, Joshua Mitchell (Kathy), Amanda Mitchell, Christopher Mitchell (Emily), all of Lugoff; 9 grandchildren; brother, Floyd Mitchell, of Bethune and sister, Christie Twite, of Lugoff.

Other than his father, Donnie was predeceased by his son, Donnie A. Mitchell and brother, Johnny Mitchell.

Family to hold a memorial service at a later date. Memorials may be made to the Ronald McDonald House, 81 Gadsden Street, Charleston, SC 29401.
