Obituary

It is with deep sympathy that we announce the passing of Mrs. Katie J. Murphy who entered into rest March 2, 2022 at MUSC Kershaw Health Medical Center after an extended illness.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Monday, March 7, 2022 at St. Matthew Baptist Church (Lugoff.) The body will be placed in the church for viewing one hour prior to the service.  Public viewing will be held from 3:00 PM until 5:30 PM Sunday at the funeral home.

The family will not receive guests at the home.  At this time, your thoughts and prayers are greatly appreciated.

Professional Services have been entrusted to Brown’s Funeral Home.
