Obituary of Carlene Lee Auker

LUGOFF – Funeral service for Carlene Lee Auker, 66, will be held Thursday, December 15, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. Please dress in casual attire. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. 

    Mrs. Auker passed away at MUSC Kershaw Health on Saturday, December 10, 2022.  Born in Columbia, S.C., she was the daughter of the late Jesse Carlisle Lee and Nettie Turner Lee.   She enjoyed crafts, restoring furniture, shopping and going to the mountains and beach.

    Surviving are her husband Jeffrey Lynn Auker; daughter, Amanda A. Brazell (Shane) of Lugoff; siblings, Edna Ford (Donald), Richard Lee (Kathy) and Jeanette Birchmore; grandchildren, Brice Branham and Avery Brazell; and a great-grandson, Braxton Branham.  She was predeceased by siblings, Paul Lee, Charles Lee, Gerald Lee, J.C. Lee, Nancy Huselton and Judy Hinson.
