BISHOPVILLE – Services for Michael Jan Robertson, 77, will be private.

Mr. Michael Robertson passed away on Friday, October 13, 2023.  Born in Mt. Vernon, IL, he was the son of the late Earnest Cleveland Robertson and Betty Francois Ricchetti Robertson. Jan was known for riding, breaking, and shoeing horses. He loved to ride motorcycles and to be a free spirit.

Surviving are his daughters, Monica Trippler (Mark), Rachel Moody, and Cheyenne Robertson; son-in-law, John Schmitt; brothers, Robin Robertson and Tony Robertson (Judy); grandchildren, Teancum, Jared, Jessica, Bailey, Sarah, Madeline, Emily, Gabriella, Anthony, Samantha, Kira, Leslie, Star, Haley, Harley, Skylar, Beyonda, Payton, Trinity, and Ty-Leigh; 23 great-grandchildren; and He was predeceased by his daughters, Michaele Renee Robertson, Quist Groutage and Andrea Kay Robertson Schmitt; son-in-law, Benny Moody; and sister-in-law, Debbie Robertson.
