Obituary of Catherine A. “Cathy” Lynch

CASSATT- A celebration of life service for Catherine A. “Cathy” Lynch, 52, will be held Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. Bishop  Will Camp will officiate. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 5-6 pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cancer Fighters of America.

    Mrs. Lynch passed away on March 16, 2024. Born in Camden, she was a daughter of the late James Calvin “J.C.” and Beatrice Bullock Amerson. Cathy was a waitress at Lugoff House of Pizza for over 18 years, she loved spending time with her family and especially her grandbaby.

    Surviving are her husband, Scott Lynch; sons, Travis Tiller (Kacy) of Bethune, Dillon Tiller (Harley) of Hartsville, Austin Tiller of Hartsville; and a grandchild, Brooks Tiller. She was predeceased by a brother, Jimmy Amerson.
