Another earthquake has rumbled through the Columbia area of South Carolina. A 1.9 magnitude earthquake was recorded Sunday night in the Midlands, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The earthquake was confirmed at 10:47 p.m. near Elgin, the South Carolina Emergency Management Division said. That’s in Kershaw County. A pedestrian was killed Saturday night in a crash that involved a pickup truck and an SUV, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol. Nettie Hubbard, an 83-year-old Elgin resident, was identified as the pedestrian who died, Kershaw County Coroner David West said Sunday. One person was killed Sunday in an early morning crash in the Columbia area, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol. Syreeta J.
