Obituary of Carolyn A. Albano

CAMDEN – Carolyn Agnes Albano, 82, passed away on Friday, May 24, 2024 at Prisma Health Richland in Columbia, S.C.  Born in Batavia, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Henry and Isabel Peck Ferrara.  She retired from adidas Corp.  Mrs. Albano enjoyed horse racing and doing a little side betting and gambling.  She adored her family and cherished her time spent with her grandchildren.

Ms. Albano leaves behind to cherish her memory, her children, Frank Albano of Kenilworth, N.J., Anthony Albano (Jodi) of Acworth, Ga., Suzanne Albano of Camden, Rocco Albano (Giulietta) of Westfield, N.J. and Victoria Albano of Asheville, N.C.; sisters, Geraldine LaRusso and Joanne Chango; brother, Henry Ferrara; 10 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.

A Memorial service will be held on June 8, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Opacity Funeral Home in Kenilworth, NJ. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at the funeral home
