Obituary of Kent Crolley Guinn

CAMDEN- A memorial service for Kent Crolley Guinn, 67, will be held Friday at 6:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 5-6 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Theil-Meyer Pet Adoption Center.

Mr. Guinn passed away on Tuesday, May 28, 2024. Born in Camden, S.C. he was a son of the late Jeter David Guinn, Jr. and Macie Lane Guinn. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Mr. Guinn enjoyed fishing, playing practical jokes, and spending time and talking with friends and family.

 Surviving are his daughters, Tabby Lynch (Kevin) of Lugoff, Ashley Greaver (Scott) of Isle of Palms; a sister, Roni Keretses of Columbia; grandchildren, Taryn Lynch, Caroline Sapp, Miri Lynch; a niece; nephews; several aunts and uncles; and numerous cousins.  He was predeceased by a son Phillip “P.J.” Guinn.
