Obituary of Donna Dabney Outen

CASSATT – Donna Dabney Outen, 67, passed away on Monday, February 3, 2025. Born in Camden, she was the daughter of the late Donald Frederick Dabney and Neysia Hinson Dabney. Donna attended Frontline Motorcycle Ministries. She enjoyed gardening and traveling to the Beach. She especially loved spending time with and spoiling her grandchildren.

    Surviving are her husband of 51 years, Larry Wayne Outen; sons, William Chase Outen (Laura) of Sumter, Corey James Outen (Maddy) of Cassatt; brothers, Brian Dabney of Greenville, D. Keith Dabney of San Francisco, Ca; and grandchildren, Gabby, Olivia, Riley, Meredith, Lucy, Hazel, Josie, Maren, Carter and Noah.

A memorial service for Donna will be held Friday at 6:30 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 5:30 – 6:30 pm at the funeral home.
