Obituary of Elizabeth Anne Jones

ELGIN- Elizabeth Anne Kelly Jones, 67, passed away on Thursday, February 20, 2025. Born in Dayton, OH, she was a daughter of the late, Flavy and Ferne Matics Kelly. Elizabeth was a member of The Village Church in Blythewood.  She enjoyed drawing sketches, music, and researching movie stars.

    Surviving are her sister, Debra Kelly Hickel Owens (John) of Leroy, WV.; nephew, Brady Hickel IV; nieces, Kelly Jackson (Phillip), Amy Latham (James); and great-nieces and nephews, Jordyn, Erin, Joshua, Lindsay, Ian and Oliver. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her pet cat, Chester.

    A memorial service for Elizabeth will be held at a later date in W.V. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Kidney Foundation.
