The portion of Locklier Road sought to be closed and abandoned is that portion located exclusively within the boundaries of that certain parcel of real property owned by Richland County bearing Tax Map No. R12500-03- 01 (the “Property”) beginning at or near the intersection of Locklier Road and Blythewood Road and ending at or near the westsouth west boundary of the Property located approximately 350 feet northeast from the intersection of Locklier Road and Whiteoak Ridge Road.
