Louella Johnson was the daughter of the late Addie Johnson and Lewis Johnson. She was born on November 17, 1944, in Camden, South Carolina and entered into eternal rest on March 31, 2025, in Camden, South Carolina.
Louella, affectionately known as “Honey”, completed her early education in the Kershaw County school district and was a graduate of Jackson High School. “Honey” was a member of Parker Baptist Church. She served in various ministries including cleaning and organizing ministry, kitchen, and cooking and baking ministry. Her favorite hobbies are cooking, childcare, bingo, computer games, gardening, decorating, word and number, games, and reading. She ran her own home daycare service. A Christian and woman of God, Louella was loving, giving and caring. “Honey” was always willing to help someone and was a go to person in the family. She was the last person to go to glory of the Johnson siblings and a true Matriarch.
Louella was preceded in death by her mother and father; four brothers; three sisters; all aunts and uncle; all cousins, except one; one grandson Robert; one daughter, Erica; and one niece, Miriam.
Those left to cherish her memories are her son, Samuel (Kim); three daughters, Jeanette, Evangelina (Fred) and Tasha; she’s also survived by 16 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews, one sister-in-law, and one cousin.
