Patrick Palmer, CCIM; Bobby Balboni, CCIM; and Sam Edens sold the former Whit-Ash property in The Vista (911, 913, and 919 Gervais Street). The property sold for $4.75 million.

Ben Kelly, CCIM and Patrick Chambers sold 6.06 acres of land located on the corner of Augusta Road and Cedarcrest Drive in Lexington. The property sold for $1.2 million. The team also represented the buyer in purchasing multiple properties along Hollingshed Road in Irmo. The transaction totaled ±26.34 acres and was purchased for $740,000.

John Gregory, PE, CCIM, SIOR, Bill Lamar, and Tristan Lee sold 999 Harbor Drive in West Columbia, South Carolina. The 11,433 SF industrial property sold for $775,000.

Tom Milliken, Tombo Milliken, and Nelson Weston sold ±32.70 acres of land off Old Sandy Run Road. The property sold for $750,000. The team also sold ±81.55 acres of land off Lookout Tower Road and Highway 34 in Ridgeway. The property sold for $575,000.
