Latarya Brisbon Obituary

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Latarya Rashonda Brisbon on December 30, 2025. Born on May 24, 2003, in Darlington, South Carolina, Latarya’s journey was a radiant testament to her vibrant spirit and unwavering resilience.

Latarya was a cherished daughter, a loving sister, and a doting aunt. She had a passion for life that was radiant in everything she did. Employed in the restaurant industry, she was currently employed with Popeyes in Camden.  Outside of work, she delighted in playing basketball, shopping for the latest trends, and most importantly, spending precious time with her nieces and nephews. 

Latarya is survived by her daughter, Dior Tucker; son, Karter Tomlin; godson, Tresynn Boyd; father, Steve Jenkins of Camden; her mother, Gloria Jean Brisbon of Camden; step-father, Willie J. Green of Camden; sisters, Madison Kelty of Kingstreet, Kylee Kelty of Kingstreet, Elease Brisbon of Camden, Tityana Brisbon of Camden, Shanicole Brisbon of Camden, Gennova Williams of Camden, and Geneva Williams of Camden; brothers, Ahmad Williams of Camden and Daniel Holiday of Camden;  nephews, Bryson Holiday and Kamari Holiday; and niece, Heaven Brisbon.  She was predeceased by brother, Tyreke Burris; grandparents, Inez and Westberry Jenkins; step-mother, Geneva Green; and uncle, Levern Jenkins. 

Her life will be celebrated on Wednesday, January 7, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at the Mt Calvary Holiness Church, located at 771 Central School Road, Rembert, South Carolina, 29128.
