Wrestlers from Summerville-area schools made some noise during holiday tournaments.

During the 2025 CSRA Rumble on the River Dec. 22-23 in North Augusta, Ashley Ridge’s Marissa Marsar won the 100-pound division, and Rahiem Skyers won at 126. Others placing for the Swamp Foxes were Luca Phillips (No. 3 at 132), Talon Campbell (No. 3 at 175), Tanner Caster (No. 2 at 144), Uriah Puckett (No. 4 at 215) and Wesley Lawton (No. 6 at 113).

During the 2025 Demon Holiday Classic Dec. 19-20 at Lugoff-Elgin, Summerville’s Ridge Rollison won at 106. Others placing for the Green Wave were D.J. Ford (No. 2 at 138), Elijah Pressley (No. 3 at 190), Kayleb Pinckney (No. 2 at 144), Mason Whisenhunt (No. 2 at 150) and Zane White (No. 5 at 175).

Fort Dorchester placed fourth at the 2025 Air Force Duals at Boiling Springs behind Fort Mill, Palmetto and Byrnes.
