Graveside funeral services for Hazel Marie Hutto Fogle, 82, will be held at 2:30 PM on Monday, February 2, 2026, at Greenhaven Memorial Gardens, 11020 Two Notch Road, Elgin, SC 29045.  A visitation will be on Monday, February 2, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Kornegay Funeral Home, Lugoff-Elgin Chapel, 1139 Highway 1 South, Lugoff.  Memorials may be made to Alzheimer’s Association, 140 Stoneridge Dr #640, Columbia, SC 29210.

Hazel passed away on Monday, January 26, 2026.  She was born in Orangeburg, the daughter of the late James McCoy Hutto, Sr, and the late Margaret Foster.  She retired after 20 years of service for the Richland School District II.  At the time of her retirement, she was the Food Service Manager. 

Hazel is survived by her children, Cindy Ulmer, of Lexington, Lee O. Fogle, Jr, (Denise), of Elgin, George David Fogle, Sr, (Karen), of Elgin, Elizabeth Fogle Griffin (Gary), of Lebanon, OH; grandchildren, Candle Gilbert, Whitney Jordan, Dean Stevens, Walter Stevens, George Fogle, Jr, Daniel Reigel, Katelyn Dellen, Aleesha Ulmer, Matthew Ulmer, Kendall Fogle; great-grandchildren, Jackson Jordan, Brady Jordan, Zeke Jordan, Annabelle Gilbert, Nash Gilbert, Jackson Stevens, Hudson Dellen, Hadlee Dellen, Dean Stevens, Jr, Alexander Stevens, James Stevens, and great-great grandchild, Grace Stevens,

In addition to her parents, Hazel was predeceased by her husband, Lee O. Fogle, Sr, brother, Jimmy McCoy Hutto, grandsons, Kevin Fogle, Stephen Fogle, and son-in-law, Tommy Ulmer.
