Obituary of David Lee Sanders

ELGIN – Funeral services for David Lee Sanders, Jr., 59, will be held Tuesday at 3:00 p.m.at Powers Funeral Home, with burial to follow in Old Fox Hill Cemetery. The Rev. Kenneth Walter will officiate. The family will receive friends Monday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the family.

Mr. Sanders passed away August 11, 2018. Born September 24, 1958 in Nashville, TN he was a son of the late David Lee Sanders, Sr. and Sara Elkins Sanders.

Surviving is his daughters, Rebecca Sanders and Leah Sanders, both of Elgin; grandchildren, Carolina Gambrell and Scarlett Jackson; brother, Steve A. Sanders (Dalephine) of Lugoff; niece, Elizabeth Sanders; nephew, Jonathan Sanders.

He was predeceased by his wife, Linda Richardson Sanders.
