Kershaw County schools have announced the 1998-99 school registrations. Contact individual schools with questions.

• Blaney Elementary – Aug. 5, 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Lugoff Elementary – Aug. 5, 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Lugoff-Elgin High School – Aug. 5, 9 – 10:30 a.m. (seniors), 11 to 12:30 p.m. (juniors), 2 to 4:30 p.m. (sophomores), 5 to 6 p.m. (freshmen orientation) and 6 to 8 p.m.(freshmen)
• Lugoff-Elgin Middle School – Aug. 5, 9 – 7 p.m.
• Wateree Elementary – Aug. 5, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Aug 18, Meet The Teacher Night, 6 to 7 p.m.

Students with disabilities who require assistance or special arrangements to participate in school registration should contact Beryl Brooks, assistant superintendent for personnel, Kershaw County School District, at (803) 432-8416. The district requests a 48-hour notice so that proper arrangements can be made.
