PONTIAC – Mr. and Mrs. C. Randolph Delk announce the engagement of their daughter, Debra Darlene Delk, and M. Swayze LeGrand. The bridegroom-elect is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Melvin M. LeGrand (Earline Jacobs LeGrand) of Pontiac.
