Harmony Baptist Church of Elgin was the scene of the 7 p.m. wedding Saturday of Miss Cynthia Kaye Branham and William Elmer Paschal. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Edward Taylor and the Rev. H. T. McNeal. A reception was held at Blaney Baptist Recreational Center.

The bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. Murdic Branham of Elgin, is a graduate of Lugoff-Elgin High School and Kenneth Shuler’s School of Cosmetology. She is employed by Bi-Lo Inc. as a bookkeeper.

The bridegroom, son of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer F. Paschal of Elgin, is a graduate of Lugoff-Elgin High School. He is employed by DuPont.
