Leon Whetstone and Frances Whetstone their daughters, Virginia Whetstone and Anne Whetstone, of 522 Woodland Hills West, recently spent several days at the di Lido Hotel in Miami Beach.

On the way, the foursome stopped by Silver Springs for a ride in the glass bottom boats and to take the jungle cruise. They also enjoyed stops at Daytona Beach, St. Augustine and Marineland.

Both Leon and Frances are teachers at Blaney High School where he teaches math and she teaches English. Their daughters have been going to Blaney High but this year they will enter Irmo High School which opens on the third of September.
