Miss Margaret Josephine Smith, whose engagement to Von H. McCaskill, of Columbia, is being announced today by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin R. Tillman Smith, of Columbia. Mr. McCaskill is the son of Mr. and Mrs. T. M. McCaskill (Ada Irene Maddox McCaskill), of Blaney. The wedding will take place November 3.
