Mrs. Gillyard Percival Monroe of Blaney announces the engagement of her daughter, Marian Jeanette Monroe, and Charles Edwin Brown, son of Mrs. Margaret B. Brown of Columbia and the late N. G. Brown. The wedding is to take place on October 6 in Highway Pentecostal Holiness Church, Blaney.
