Patrick, September 3. – Mrs. W. M. Pankey and two children are visiting relatives in Columbia.

Miss Mabel Farriss has accepted a position with the Western Union Telegraph company at Cheraw.

Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Fellers and little son, Joseph, left Thursday for Johns Island, where Mr. Fellers has accepted the position of principal of a school. Mr. Fellers was principal of the Patrick school last year and made many friends while here who wish him success in his new field of work.

W. G. Wooten is spending his vacation in North Carolina, while Mrs. Wooten and three children are visiting relatives at Lake Monroe, Florida.

Mrs. N. W. Redfern and children have returned home after an extended visit in Blaney.
