ELGIN – Graveside service for Russell Newton Patton, 41, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, September 17, 1998, in Blaney Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 tonight at Talbert-Shives Funeral Home.

Mr. Patton died Monday, September 14, 1998, at Richland County, he was a son of Elizabeth Dawkins Patton Moyer and the late William Patton Sr. He was an employee of Drawdy’s Heating & Air and formerly attended Dentsville Baptist Church.

Surviving are his sons, Donnie Lee Moyer and Rust Moyer both of Elgin; his mother of Elgin; brothers, William Patton Jr., Billy Patton and Donnie Isenhoward, all of Elgin, Roy Patton and Randy Patton, both of Columbia, Dwight Isenhoward of Gaston; sister, Tina Patton of Columbia and Tracy Hyman of Elgin.
