The family will receive friends Friday, September 15, 2006, from 6 – 8 p.m. at Kornegay Funeral Home, Lugoff – Elgin Chapel. Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association of SC, 1817 Gadsden St., Columbia, SC 29201.
Mr. Kerr died Wednesday, September 13, 2006. Born in Columbia, he was a son of James Eugene Kerr Jr. and Tina Marie Bowen. Mr. Kerr was employed with Blaney Automotive.
Surviving besides his mother of Elgin and father of Charleston are his beloved girlfriend, Jessica Angel of Elgin and expected baby girl, Cheyenne, brothers and sister, Jared Berry, Sara Hudson and Jesse Bowen, maternal grandparents, Nick Bowen and Joan Bowen of Bishopville, paternal grandparents, James Kerr Sr. and Brenda Kerr of Hanahan, extended family, Dean, Susie, and Casey Angel, aunts, uncles and cousins.
