Mabel Peterson Fleenor

ELGIN – Funeral services for Mabel Peterson Fleenor, 90, will be held Friday, September 9, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. at Blaney Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Rev. Ron Farrar will officiate. The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 8, 2005, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel. Memorials may be made to Blaney Baptist Church, Bus Fund, 1400 Blaney Road, Elgin, South Carolina 29045.

Mrs. Fleenor died Wednesday, September 7, 2005. Born in Duffield, Va., she was the daughter of the late Kelly E. Peterson and Emma Hill Peterson.

Surviving are a daughter, Patsy Collier and her husband, Daniel, of Elgin; grandsons, Michael Ray Collier and his wife, Robin, of Greenville, and Carl Damon Collier and his wife, Stacy, of Lugoff; great-grandchildren, Jessica, Joshua, Rachel, and Matthew Collier, all of Lugoff; brother, Carl Peterson, of Duffield, Va.

She was predeceased by three sisters, Lucille Bishop, Ruth Gilliam, Natalie Baker, and one brother, Eugene Peterson.
