Reynolds – Singley

Miss Kathryn J. Reynolds of Columbia and Alvin Arthur Singley of Newberry will be married at 1015 Marion street Tuesday afternoon at 6 o’clock by the Rev. T. Claggett Skinner, D. D., pastor of the First Baptist church. The only attendant will be Thomas E. Hair, who will act as best man.

A number of friends and relatives have been invited to the ceremony. Immediately after the ceremony Mr. and Mrs. Singley will leave for Charleston where they will spend a short while and will return to Blaney, this state, where Mr. Singley will teach during the coming session.

Miss Reynolds is a very popular young woman of Columbia and is also a talented musician. For several years she has been singing in the choir at Trinity Episcopal church. Mr. Singley is a prominent young man of Newberry college and well known in school work.
