LUGOFF- A funeral service for Robert Lewis Stockman, Sr., 78, will be held Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. at Pine Grove Baptist Church, with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The Rev. Eric Boone will officiate. The family will receive friends Monday from 6-8 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Mr. Stockman passed away Saturday, October 24, 2020. Born in Kershaw County, he was a son of the late Wylie Clinton Stockman and Melvina Branham Stockman. Mr. Stockman was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church and had served many times with Habitat for Humanity. He enjoyed fishing and junking.

Surviving are his wife of 57 years, Patricia Ann Branham Stockman; children, Robert L. “Robbie” Stockman, Jr. (Jenny Stockman) of Lugoff, Charlotte Mills (Joel Mills) of Lugoff, Robert Gregory Stockman of Lugoff; siblings, Lola Berends (Bob Berends) of Elgin, Gladys Martin of Elgin, Wylie Stockman (Betty Ann Stockman) of Lugoff, Betty Noles (Steve Noles) of Elgin, Sarah Taylor (Paul Taylor) of Elgin, Rick Stockman (Betty Stockman) of Elgin; grandchildren, Kyle Mills, Lauren Boykin (Erik Boykin), Hannah Stockman, Jessica Stockman, Jacob Stockman; and great-grandchildren, Macy Kate Mills, Adley Boykin and Bauer Boykin.

The family extends a special thanks to KershawHealth Hospice, especially Megan Keys and Alisha Fritts.
