Master’s Sale

By virtue of a decree of the court of common pleas for Richland County, South Carolina, heretofore made in the case of Mae N. Swan, individually and as administratrix of the estate of Dudley G. Swan, deceased, against Edgar Sawn, et at., I, the undersigned Master for Richland County, will sell on sales day in November, 1947, being Monday, the third day of said month, during the usual hours of sale, before the court house door, in the city of Columbia, South Carolina to the highest bidder:

ALL that certain piece, parcel or tract of land situate, lying and being in the county of Richland and state of South Carolina and containing 38 acres, more or less, and being one and one-half miles from the town of Killians and being bounded by lands of Lowrance, Brown and Jones, and being the same tract of land heretofore conveyed to the said Dudley G. Swan by Blaney Lumber Company by its deed dated Feb. 18, 1941, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Court for Richland County in Deed Book “EV” at page 109.
