Mrs. Maggie Dixon was called to Fort Motte Thursday on account of the illness of her sister-in-law, Mrs. B. Shulah.

Mrs. Hollie Bishop has returned home after spending a month with her sisters, Mrs. J. J. Tims and Mrs. R. C. Allen, at Hartsville.

Mrs. Mary Freeman has returned from Fairfield after spending a while with her sister, Mrs. Wilson.

Mrs. Doro Shiry is visiting relatives at Fairfield.

Mrs. Byrly Crossland has moved from Granby to Mooresville, N. C.

Mr. Jim Monday has returned to his home at Winnsboro.

Mr. and Mrs. Easterling have returned home in Blaney after visiting their daughter, Mrs. John Dent.

Messrs. Hart and Thornton were guests of Mr. and Mrs. John Dent Wednesday.

Mrs. S. A. Bishop is very sick at her home on Church street.

Mr. and Mrs. C. W. Martin visited Mr. and Mrs. S. Cooper on Sumter street Sunday.

Rev. T. S. Wright of the city visited his daughter, Mrs. D. R. Roof, Thursday.

Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Bishop of Olympia spent Sunday with Mr. Bishop’s mother, Mrs. A. C. Bishop.

Mr. Otis Neel of the United States army is spending eight days with his parents on Lower street.

T. E. Mitchell has returned to his work at Winnsboro after spending a few days with his family here.

Mr. F. O. Fulmer has resigned as timekeeper at Granby mill and has accepted a position with S. W. Mimms.

Miss Annette Williams of Chapin spent Tuesday with Mrs. H. Lucas.

Mr. F. O. Fulmer and family have moved from Granby to Lower street.

Mr. Tom Finley of Charlotte visited Mr. R. L. Floyd Thursday.

Miss Ethel Rogers visited her sister, Mrs. Eral Johnson, this week.

Mrs. Charlie Styles of Capital City visited her mother, Mrs. L. E. Swinnie, Monday.

Bertha Mouledeous is spending the week on Gervais street with Colletta Summers.

Miss Lilly Kaigler visited her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Arlege, Sunday.
