ELGIN – Services for Haley Elizabeth Tucker, 22, will be private.  Memorials may be made to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church Building Fund.

Haley passed away on Monday, September 30, 2019.  Born in Columbia, she was the daughter of Gregory Reynolds Tucker and Lori Jean Seacat Tucker.  She was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church.  She enjoyed reading, music and being outdoors.

Surviving are her parents of Elgin; sister, Katy Daly (Kenneth) of Cincinnati, Ohio; paternal grandfather, Joe Tucker; and maternal grandmother, Betty Seacat. 

She was predeceased by paternal grandmother, Betty Jo Tucker; and maternal grandfather, Thomas Seacat.
