The Blaney Public Schools will begin the 1956-57 session at 9 a.m. September 10, according to B. E. Livingston, superintendent. Students and teachers are asked to assemble in the gymnasium for a brief program and announcements.

The teachers for the new session include; Mrs. Annie H. Able, John William Boozer, Ethel M. Bruce, Mary Eva Bruce, Mrs. Sara B. Emmanuel, Mrs. Jennie D. Hester, Mrs. Evelyn D. Horne, Mrs. Sallie Y. Koon, John A. Krantz, Mrs. Mary B. Krantz, Irene Pellum, Mae Plumley, John Allen Riley, Mrs. Elizabeth H. Rose, A. J. Smith and Lalla Stevenson. John A. Krantz will serve as principal.

Mrs. Maude Nelson is lunchroom supervisor with Mrs. Sallie B. Watts and Mrs. Doris Fulmer as assistants. Owen Floyd Newman will serve as custodian.

The bus drivers are Jack Boykin, Hazel Reynolds, Paul Kirkland, Paul Ross, Marion Crenshaw and Billy Miles. Routes are similar to last year with only a few minor changes.

The board of trustees includes, Don Watson, Sr., chairman; Levi Branham, secretary; D. G. McLeod, Fred Miles, W. L. Coker, Walter Branham and Walter Miles.
