CASSATT – Graveside service for Vickey Lynn Drakeford Tidwell, 67, will be held on Sunday at 3:00 p.m. in Quaker Cemetery, Camden.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Thiel-Meyers Pet Adoption Center.

    Ms. Tidwell passed away on Wednesday, September 22, 2021.  Born in Camden, she was the daughter of the late Raymond Bruce Drakeford and Ticy Humphries Drakeford.  She worked for Ace Hardward in Bishopville and attended Day Star Mission Church in Bishopville.  She loved animals, her family and friends.

    Surviving are her children, Joey Tidwell (Shannon) of Lugoff, Jimmy Tidwell of Cassatt and John Dowdy of Washington; 4 grandchildren; and special friends, April Rembert, Cathy Tiller and Madison Sims.  She was predeceased by brothers, Andy Drakeford and Ricky Drakeford.
