Obituary of Zachary Edward Stout

ELGIN – A time of gathering to celebrate the life of Wendi Howard Combs, 66, will be held on Saturday, October 23, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff. 

    Ms. Combs passed away at home on Thursday, October 14, 2021.  Born in Paterson, N.J., she was the daughter of the late Eugene Jackson Howard and Wilma Elizabeth Armstrong Howard.  She was employed with Blue Cross and Blue Shield.  She was a member of the Joseph Kershaw Chapter of NSDAR Camden, S.C. and enjoyed reading.

    Surviving are her twin daughters, Amanda Malone (Rusty) of Kansas City, MO and Jennifer Stout (Daryl) of Ridgeway; sisters, Cindi Howard of Elgin, Joni Howard of Elgin and Yolanda Treiguts of Oakbrook Terrace, IL; brother, Terry Howard (Missy) of Ridgeway; brother-in-law, Jimmy Lee Wallace; and grandchildren, April Crooks, Zachary Stout, Madalyn Stout and Jacob Stout.  She was predeceased by a sister, Kathi Wallace.
