Sgt. Maj. and Mrs. James R. Stone of Columbia announce the engagement of their daughter, Roxanne Lynne Stone and David Christoper Edgerton of Elgin, son of Harriette Dill Edgerton of Elgin and Mr. and Mrs. William Lawrence Edgerton of Hartsville.

The wedding is planned for Dec. 14 at Blaney Baptist Church in Elgin.
