    Heath passed away Thursday, November 11, 2021. Born in Columbia, S.C., he was a son of Randy Howard Cooper and Pamela Altman Cooper. Heath enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially riding his 4-wheeler and fishing.

   Surviving in addition to his parents is his girlfriend, Amanda Jarrard; siblings, Brandy Burgess, Andy Burgess (Crystal McCollum), and Jared Altman (Crystal Connolly); 10 nieces and 1 nephew. He was predeceased by his brother, Chuck Burgess.
