Funeral services for Elizabeth “Libby” Collins Watts will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at Kornegay Funeral Home, Lugoff-Elgin Chapel.  Rev. Eric Boone will officiate.  The family will receive friends at 10:00 AM, one hour prior to the service, at Kornegay Funeral Home, Lugoff-Elgin Chapel.  Memorials  may be made to Pinegrove Baptist Church, 836 Pine Grove Road, Lugoff, SC 29078

Libby died Tuesday, November 23, 2021.  The daughter of the late T.R. Collins and Cora Bass Collins. 

Libby is survived by her daughter, Dottie Watts Dixon (Mike), of Lugoff; son, Robert Wayne Watts, (Donna), of Cassatt; grandchildren, Crystal Wix and Jack Wix, Josh Watts and Jen Watts and Jessica Watts; great-grandchildren, Kris Wix and Rebecca Wix, Matthew Wix, Katelin Byrum, Kaleb Byrum, Christian Hinson, Hunter Watts and Rebecca Watts; great-great-grandchildren Ellie Wix and Ben Wix; sister, Minnie Outlaw and brothers, Gary and Tom Collins.

Libby was predeceased by her parents; husband, Robert L. “Shorty” Watts; sisters, Kathleen Gordon and Lucille Hill and brothers, James Collins, Ted Collins and Leonard Collins.

Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
